He previously led NPD (R&D) and Manufacturing Operations at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and held key leadership roles at Dukes India and Marico Limited, spearheading advancements in product development, quality systems, and research. His notable career at Unilever included overseeing Process & Product Development for the Asia Pacific region and serving as Global Project Lead within the Beverages Innovation Group.
